Elite Obedience

AlpinHaus Obedience training isn’t just about commands—it’s about control, safety, and trust in the real world.

The Obedience You’ve always dreamed of

At AlpinHaus, obedience training is tailored for the real world—not just a controlled training field. Our Dogs are trained to respond dependably in unpredictable environments, ensuring you experience unmatched control and reliability in everyday life.

Whether navigating busy airports, walking through a village center, or relaxing at home, our obedience-trained dogs are calm, focused, and in sync with their handler. This is the kind of obedience that is truly required in the real world — and it’s foundational to every AlpinHaus Dog.

What Makes Our Obedience Training Exceptional

Real-World Obedience Philosophy

At AlpinHaus, obedience isn’t just a checklist of commands—it’s a complete mindset built for dynamic, real-life environments. Our Dogs are conditioned to respond with precision in unpredictable situations, from bustling cities to quiet family homes. This depth of training builds not only obedience but deep trust between dog and handler.

Environmentally Adaptive Response

Our Dogs aren’t trained in a vacuum. They’re exposed to airports, urban centers, unfamiliar homes, and everything in between. They learn to filter distractions, adapt calmly, and stay focused regardless of surroundings—so their obedience remains consistent no matter where life takes you.

Handler Confidence & Control

We train not just the Dog—but empower the Owner/Handler. Our obedience methodology gives owners complete confidence, whether commanding their Dog in a crowd or navigating an unexpected encounter. This is command-based connection, not questionable control.

Seamless Integration with Protection

Obedience at AlpinHaus is deeply integrated into the Protection training flow. It’s the foundation that makes higher-level defense possible. From Heel to Recall to Break, every command is part of a fluid system that enhances safety and responsiveness under pressure.

Watch Our Training In Action

At AlpinHaus, obedience isn’t just about commands—it’s about confidence, control, and communication between Dog and handler. Our training prepares each Dog to respond calmly and reliably in everyday environments and high-pressure situations alike.

Watch our Protection Dogs demonstrate real-world obedience—off-leash, distraction-resistant, and lifestyle-ready.

Heeling Command

Your Dog will walk calmly at your left side, maintaining position at your pace. When you stop walking, your Dog will automatically sit and stay by your side—remaining in place until released.

Recall Command

At the “Come” command, your dog will immediately return to you—quickly, directly, and without hesitation—regardless of distance or distractions.

Down-Stay Command

Your Dog will lay down and remain in that position until either released or given a new command. This is essential for calm control in both public and private environments.

Sit-Stay Command

Similar to Down-Stay, this command keeps your dog seated and focused until released or instructed otherwise. It’s used to maintain control and attentiveness in active settings.

Bed Command

Your Dog will go to their designated bed (or any assigned resting spot) and remain there until released. This command is ideal for creating structure and calm energy within the home.

Finish Command

When called, your Dog will return to the heel position at your left side and sit attentively, ready for the next instruction. This is a signal of reset and readiness.

Car Trained

Your Dog will enter and exit vehicles only on command. Once inside, they remain calmly in the rear section—never venturing into the front while the car is in motion or unattended.

Break Command

“Break” is the universal release command—used to free your Dog from a previous command, crate, car, or room. It signals that they may move freely until further instructed.

Crate Command

At the “Crate” command, your Dog will enter their crate willingly and remain there until released. Most AlpinHaus Dogs do this instinctively due to strong routine training and comfort in their crates.
