What Our Guarantee Covers

Free from Genetic Disease:
We guarantee that every AlpinHaus Dog will remain free of any genetic diseases—including hip and elbow dysplasia—until at least 5 years of age.

Replacement Terms:
If a genetic issue arises before the Dog turns 5, we will provide a replacement Dog at no cost, aside from handling and delivery fees.

Ongoing Support (Years 5–7):
From the Dog’s 5th birthday until its 7th, if a genetic condition develops, we offer a 20% reduction toward the purchase of a new Dog. The new Dog will be trained to at least the same level as your original companion.

Health issues unrelated to genetic maladies are not covered, but we of course remain available for lifetime advisory support on care, maintenance, and training needs.

How do I claim the guarantee if needed?

You will need to provide veterinary documentation confirming a genetic disease diagnosis. We will walk you through the evaluation and replacement process if needed.

Will the replacement dog be trained to the same level?

Yes. Any replacement dog provided will match or exceed the training level of your original dog—ensuring continuity in your protection and peace of mind.
